Background and Discussion:
Project includes completion of the two-lane concrete curb and gutter road with sidewalk on both sides and left turn lanes at the intersections approximately 7,800 linear feet of Anderson Road construction from 500 feet west of Hiram Clark Road to Almeda Road/FM 521 (Segment 2).
This project was substantially completed on April 27, 2026.
Written notification from the surety consenting to the proposed reduction has been received.
Expected Impact:
Partial release of retainage will allow the general contractor to fund their subcontractors and suppliers for services, labor and materials already provided so that their operations can continue to finish the work.
