Background and Discussion:
On November 12, 2024, Harris County Commissioners Court approved a Master Agreement between Harris County and Ibn Sina Foundation for Integrated Behavioral Health Project, a project within the Community Facilities, and Infrastructure Investments (CFI) program. The project provides mental health and substance use disorder health screenings and comprehensive diagnostic assessments for low to moderate income households with $1,128.632 in ARPA SLFRF.
On January 29, 2026, Harris County Commissioner's Court approved a First Amendment reducing the Limitation of Appropriation from $1,128,632 to $828,632 in ARPA SLFRF funds and updated the Federal Award Identification Table, the Scope of Services, and the Budget.
