Background and Discussion:
As part of the development in the area, a traffic impact analysis was conducted and submitted to Harris
County Permits for review and approval. The aforementioned performed analysis warranted a traffic signal at
the intersection of Mueschke Road and Everly Fields Boulevard, which the developer committed to construct.

Expected Impact:
Approval of the service outlet location statement will allow CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, LLC to provide electrical service to the traffic signal, which is needed to enhance operations of the intersection of Mueschke Road and Everly Fields Boulevard.
