title
Request for approval to execute a utility agreement with CenterPoint Energy Houston Electric, LLC, in the amount of $3,263, for streetlight rehabilitation (San Jacinto River Watershed, Bond ID F-14, Project ID G103-80-03.1-E002, Agreement No. 2026-08, Precinct 3).

Background and Discussion:
This utility agreement will allow the relocation of the streetlight conduit to protect it from being exposed by lowering the channel flowline for G103-80-03.1-E002 Taylor Gully Channel Improvements. Expected Impact:
Remove the conduit between streetlight 715337 and 715338 and install conduit between 715350 and 366387.
Alternative Options:
If no action is taken, flood risks will remain the same.
