Background and Discussion:
The Project will provide multiple benefits by improving aging water and sanitary infrastructure. The DCR will explore LID features for green stormwater infrastructure, and surface detention that could incorporate multiuse functions including open space for recreation.

Expected Impact:
When implemented, the project will reduce the risk of flooding for 519 structures. New sidewalks with ADA compliant crosswalks and new high efficiency LED lighting will improve safety and mobility.

Alternative Options:
The County could elect to approve the requested task or choose to reject it. However, if not approved, the project may not be constructed as scoped.
