Background and Discussion: The Houmont Park Subdivision Drainage Improvements - HCFCD Unit No. P117-00-00 project site consists of subdivision drainage improvements located between Red Bird Ln and C E King Parkway. The project includes roadside ditch improvements along Unison Rd and Ticonderoga Rd and channel improvements on P117-00-00. The work activities include roadside ditch improvements and filling roadside ditches where ditches are greater than 4-foot in depth and replacing them with underground storm sewer system.

Expected Impact: This project seeks to reduce flood risk and strengthen resiliency in Harris County by assisting in the alleviation of structural flood damage to homes in the community. No impact on project schedule or cost anticipated.
