Background and Discussion:
A new term contract is needed to find a qualified vendor to provide as-needed Compost Pilot Program services for the Office of County Administration. The new term contract will be setup for one (1) initial year with four (4) one-year options to renew.
Expected Impact:
The goal of the project consist of successful Offeror providing qualified personnel, supervision, services, materials, equipment, travel, overhead, and incidentals necessary for deployment and collection of compost bins, compost processing, and management of community compost drop-off events and educational workshops at selected locations in Harris County.
