Background and Discussion:
As part of the development in the area, a traffic impact analysis was conducted and submitted to Harris County Permits for review and approval. The aforementioned performed analysis warranted a traffic signal at the intersection of Morton Ranch Road and Old Katy-Hockley Cut-Off Road/Old Town Trail, which the developer committed to construct.

Expected Impact:
