Background and Discussion:
The Harris County Flood Control District is advancing a renewable energy initiative to reduce reliance on fossil fuels at its service centers. A Request for Proposal was issued to identify a qualified firm to provide and install three (3) solar systems. Following evaluation, Sunshine Renewable Solutions is recommended for award based on technical qualifications, relevant experience, and competitive pricing. (Flood Control Agreement No. 2025-34)

Expected Impact:
