Background and Discussion:
On November 12, 2024, Commissioners Court approved a Master Agreement between Harris County and TOMAGWA Ministries, Inc. utilizing $1,447,500.00 in ARPA SLFRF to support the Closing the Primary Care Disparity for Underserved project. The project provides healthcare services for low- to moderate-income persons.
The First Amendment will extend the term of the project through August 31, 2026, and update the Federal Award Identification Table and the Budget. The ARPA SLFRF allocation remains unchanged at $1,447,500.00.
