Background and Discussion:
This information is supplemental to the previous approved court action from April 10, 2025. Metropolis Texas, LLC has presented a new agreement applicable for the continued utilization of parking facilities. The Harris County Toll Road Authority's Customer Service Adjudication Office is located at 1310 Prairie. This request is for sixteen (16) parking spaces at the 1311 Preston garage to be allocated for use by staff assigned to the adjudication location.

Expected Impact:
The approval of this request provides HCTRA staff with continued use of sixteen (16) downtown parking spaces for County business.
