Background and Discussion:
The Flood Control District is currently in the process of implementing its Comprehensive Total Asset Management Program. This initiative includes the digitization of all infrastructure assets, comprehensive condition assessments, and the deployment of a Computerized Maintenance Management System (Cartegraph). Approval of Amendment No. 3 to Agreement No. 2022-03 (Project ID Z100-00-00-Y130) with AtkinsRealis is anticipated to be the final amendment required to complete the project, which will deliver a functional and sustainable Asset Management Program.
