Background and Discussion:
This project is located in the City of Baytown in Harris County, TX. It is a joint participation project with the City of Baytown. However, this project will be canceled on Bonfire. A request has been made to reject all bids for the construction of Market St, from Bayway Drive to West Sterling Avenue, for Harris County Precinct 2 (Job No. 24/0400).
