Background and Discussion:
HCTRA is seeking Commissioners Court authorization to create a post-paid EZ Tag account for the University of Houston. Under this arrangement, the University of Houston will pre-fund an EZ Tag account and HCTRA will provide EZ Tags for the university vehicles. At the end of each month, HCTRA will invoice the University of Houston for tolls incurred in the preceding month for the University of Houston to replenish the account for tolls incurred during the preceding month.
