Background and Discussion:
Project includes general civil services to areas throughout Precinct 3. The change in contract is to include reconciliation of actual quantities used in construction with the estimated quantities included for bidding purposes. The new bid item is only to establish the unit price and there is no change to the contract amount. The terms of services in connection with the purchase order will be closed at the request of the Precinct.
