Background and Discussion:
On September 19, 2024, Commissioners Court approved an agreement between Harris County and One for All Foundation for Environmental Education, funded with $42,304.00 in CDBG funds. The Subrecipient agreed to provide Discovery Camp and Traveling Naturalist activities for low- to moderate-income youth that reside within the Harris County service area. After agreement approval, the Subrecipient notified HCD the Traveling Naturalist activity was included in error and requested an amendment.
Expected Impact:
There will be no additional financial impact on the County; the total CDBG allocation for this project remains $42,304.00.
