Background and Discussion:
Southwestern Bell Telephone Company dba AT&T Texas is requesting for the Flood Control District to seek authorization from the Harris County Commissioners Court to pay the additional amount of $129,528.31 that exceeded the estimated cost of $212,199.33 as shown in the Owner's Estimate of Cost in Exhibit "C" of Agreement for Utility Adjustments. The additional amount was due to overruns in material and labor costs that were not expected during the development of the estimate.

Expected Impact:
The Flood Control District would be allowed to pay AT&T Texas for the additional amount.

Alternative Options:
The alternative to approving this item would be to not pay AT&T Texas for the relocation work they have completed for the project.
