Background and Discussion:
On December 10, 2024, Commissioners Court approved negotiations with AIG Technical Services, Inc. for general engineering services related to the Hardy Downtown Connector project. AIG Technical Services, Inc. shall assist HCTRA in the assessment and development of the Hardy Downtown Connector project in alignment with the Court-approved Visioning Hardy Downtown Connector Study.

Expected Impact:
Funding for this request will come from the Toll Road Authority.
