Background and Discussion:
This project is located at A.D. Dyess Park, 16822 Kitzman Rd Houston, TX 77429. This project is aimed at replacing an antiquated restroom with a prefabricated restroom with HVAC and all appurtenances per design documents, utilities connection and SWPPP incidental. This change in contract entails a change in roof texture for the prefabricated restroom, 32 LF of 12" RCP as SWPPP item omitted on the bid tabulation and a no cost time extension of 53 calendar days due to prefab building long lead item. The NTP for this project was issued as a whole, a partial NTP was preferable in this case to enable procuration of prefab building.
