Background and Discussion:
Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc was awarded the contract to partner with Human Resources and Talent to conduct the Compensation and Pay Equity Project. The scope of the Project will address standardization of position classifications and job descriptions; conduct appropriate market-based analysis; address pay equity and pay disparities based on race, ethnicity, and gender; assess and standardize incentives and allowances; assess county-wide benefit plan; and develop salary administration guidelines and training for departments.

Expected Impact:
The discussion and presentation is the third quarterly update to Commissioners Court by Gallagher Benefit Services, Inc designed to provide Court with the current state of the Compensation and Pay Equity Project, and to ensure alignment with Court's priorities and expectations.
