Background and Discussion:
The Pine Trails Subdivision Drainage Improvements project is located in Northeast Harris County in Precinct 2. The scope of work for this utility agreement includes Harris County cutting, capping, and removing abandoned pipelines owned by 7Green in order to facilitate ditch restoration. This agreement allows Harris County to work within the easement and perform said work as necessary to complete the planned drainage improvements.
