Background and Discussion:
On January 31, 2023, Harris County Housing and Community Development (HCD) Department entered into an agreement Job No. 22/0306 with Ardurra Group, Inc. to assist by providing construction management and inspection services of single-family housing in need of rehabilitation and/or reconstruction services to further the County's and the U.S. Department of Treasury's American Rescue Plan Act ("ARPA") Affordable Housing goals.

The County and Contractor desire to amend the agreement for the second time (the "Second Amendment") for the purpose of reducing funds to the Agreement due to a realignment of goals and performance of services needed for the U.S. Department of Treasury's ARPA Affordable Housing Portfolio.
