Background and Discussion:
As HCPL works to improve the impact of its resources to the community, the county library needs additional funding to support our ESL and College readiness programs. This application will provide funding for a program coordinator(s) to aid both programs.

Expected Impact:
The grant will support HPCL's efforts to provide high quality programing that will increase ESL proficiency and expand access to college readiness supports.

Alternative Options:
We could not apply for this grant and, in turn, not have the funding to support these programs and the patrons of the County Library.
