Background and Discussion:
The original agreement commenced on or about August 9, 2005. This agreement agrees to renew and extend the lease term for sixty (60) months and to operate as the center of operations for the Harris County Constable Office Precinct 7. The Landlord will provide tenant Improvements to the office space located at 5300 Griggs and will continue to occupy 5290 Griggs. The monthly payment will be $31,352.75 for year 1, $32,035.96 per month for year 2 and year 3, and $33,402.38 per month for year 4 and year 5.
