Background and Discussion:
This change in contract is needed to complete the construction contract for this project. Project Z100-00-00- X323 represents a combination of construction activities of three different Project IDs located in the Addicks Reservoir (U) Watershed in Harris County, Texas. The objective of this Project is to repair failures within the project limits. Repairs include, but are not limited to, installing rock, rebuilding side slopes, replacing inlet structures and storm outfalls, removing sediment, and replacing concrete channel lining. The purpose of this contract change is to add 41 inclement weather days and 7 days for contractor delays.

Expected Impact:
This change will allow the contractor to construct the project so that Harris County can realize intended flood risk reduction benefits.
