On-Call asphaltic concrete surface and base course repair and replacement throughout Harris County Precinct 1.
Expected Impact:
This agreement will allow the firm to conduct field and laboratory testing on soil, concrete, asphalt and various other construction materials to ensure the material's compliance with Harris County Engineering Department's adopted standards and specifications as required by state law.
