Background and Discussion:

This project is located in Northwest Harris County in both the White Oak Bayou and Cypress Creek watersheds. It is west of N. Eldridge Parkway and north of Cypress North Houston Road. The drainage system is currently roadside ditches. The proposed improvements are to regrade the roadside ditches, install a storm sewer system below the ditches, and connect to the K500-01-00 detention basin expansion project for mitigation on this project.

Expected Impact:

This agreement will allow the firm to conduct field and laboratory testing on soil, concrete, asphalt and various other construction materials to ensure the material's compliance with Harris County Engineering Department's adopted standards and specifications as required by state law.
