Background and Discussion:
Project includes construction of sidewalk to areas throughout Precinct 3. The change in contract is to include reconciliation of actual quantities used in construction with the estimated quantities included for bidding purposes. The new bid item is only to establish the unit price and there is no change to the contract amount. The terms of services in connection with the purchase order is being closed at the request of the Precinct.

Change includes:
PCO-11; Install 20' of 4" PVC Pipe at Pocket Park (LS) lump sum, - $1,920.00

Expected Impact:
Change allows Contractor to get compensated for the actual work completed on the project and allows unused funds to be returned to the Precinct.
