Request for approval of the third amendment to the agreement with National Housing Partnership Foundation (NHPF) Caroline Conduit, LLC, and Magnificat Permanent Affordable, LLC., to reallocate budget line items to align the budget with the real costs of the project without affecting the overall project budget and to extend the project completion date to April 1, 2025 for the 3300 Caroline Street project.

Background and Discussion:
The parties desire to amend this Agreement for the Third Amendment to (i) increase the Harris County CDBG-DR Construction budget line-item from $6,577,449 to $6,697,449; (ii) to decrease the Construction Management budget line-item from $120,000 to $0; and (iii) to extend the project completion date to April 1, 2025. The total Harris County CDBG-DR budget of $10,248,169 will remain unchanged.
Expected Impact:
The expected impact is to allow the 3300 Caroline Street project additional time and to finish constructing the multifamily units. No fiscal impact on the County is anticipated.
