Background and Discussion:
The Harris County Flood Control District (District) and Harris County Purchasing have completed a review of the nine (9) Statement of Qualifications on the above referenced project. The Evaluation Committee Panel reviewed and ranked all responses submitted by each firm based on the services they provide. Based on the results of our review, the Flood Control District request authorization to negotiate with the selected firm Lockwood, Andrews & Newnam, Inc., on the basis of best overall evaluation for RFSQ - Professional Engineering Services for the Halls Bayou Watershed Flood Risk Analysis Study.
