Request for approval of an agreement with LJA Engineering, Inc. to perform design, bidding, and construction phase services for Phase 2 of the two-phase Dinner Creek Detention Basin project (U-520-01-00-E005).

Phase 2 involves expanding the existing northwest stormwater detention basin and converting it to a wet-bottom basin. Additionally, a new northeast wet-bottom detention basin and associated infrastructure will be constructed.
