Background and Discussion:
This is a request to Disclaim an alleyway so that the abutting property owner may be able to obtain a new replat of the area in order to sell the property in the future.

Expected Impact:
This disclaim by Harris County would allow for a replat to be obtained and at the property owners option present a greater possibility of a future sale and greater tax revenue returning to Harris County.

Alternative Options:
Denial of the request would prevent a replat to be obtained and the possibility of selling the property in the future.
