Background and Discussion:
Pipe Distributors, Inc. is requesting a roadway easement for Sparta Rd. which juts into the Company property and where there is no actual roadway being utilized by Harris County to be abandoned or disclaimed. At one time many years ago, Mesa Dr was altered, or construction occurred due to growth/change of ownership/authority (county/city) and the entrance to Company property was moved northward to allow construction of the underpass at Liberty and Mesa southwest of Company property.
