Background and Discussion:
On-Call contract to be used for Facility Maintenance, Repairs, and Rehabilitation of Harris County facilities countywide. This amendment helps support additional tasks as needed by Harris County.

Expected Impact:
Maintaining the scheduled maintenance required for existing Harris County facilities.

Alternative Options:
If not approved, Harris County will need to provide internal county staff to support project delivery and coordination, deferred regular maintenance, or bid each project individually
