Project Description:
The project scope is a new addition to the existing building for an assembly space with restrooms, storage, required detention pond, and parking lot addition with fire lane striping.
Project Scope:
This change investment is required to complete the remaining scope by demolishing and reinstalling duct & insulation required for 9th zone.
Additional Scope of Work Includes:
• Approved Change Orders - demo & reinstall ducts, install additional downspouts, install expansion joints & louvers, add ADA ramp, add 2 additional water lines - $140,515
• Estimated work to rebuild air handler with a 9th Zone - $219,485
Justification:
Not funding the additional commercial paper for this project would lead to inability to complete the project scope required for a complete and useable product. The new Zone 9 would be without HVAC.
Alternatives and Engagement:
No viable alternatives. Any technical alternatives would require additional commercial paper.
