Background and Discussion:
Full-Service Contracts are utilized to maintain the 18,000+ acres of vegetation throughout the county. All nine (9) sectors now utilize a full-service contract. Full-service contracts are structured so needed maintenance such as debris removal, buy-out lot mowing, and fence line pruning, are incorporated into a single contract. This inclusion of services has helped the District and its contractors provide a year-round presence and a reduction of deferring maintenance activities that cost less when performed more frequently.

Expected Impact:
Renewing this contract will allow the District to provide the citizens that live within this sector a level of service they have come to expect. These services include mowing channels and basins three times per year, monthly mowing of buy-out lots, debris removal as needed, and clearing fence lines along access points and adjacent to the channels.
