Background and Discussion:
Dula Lane is located in the northwest Harris County, partially in both White Oak Bayou and Cypress Creek
watersheds, in Harris County Precinct 3. The project limits start at the dead end of Dula Ln to the south to the
intersection of Dula Ln and Cypress North Houston Road to the north. The proposed roadway will provide access to the Bernadine Estates subdivision detention basin at the southern end of the project limits.

Expected Impact:
This project seeks to convene flow towards the Bernadine Estates subdivision detention basin and provide
access to the Bernadine Estates subdivision detention basin at the south & southeast end of the project limits.
No impact to project cost, schedule or staffing anticipated.

Alternative Options:
The County could elect to approve the requested task or choose to reject it. However, if
not approved, the project cannot be constructed.
