Project Description:
The District Clerk's Office (DCO) is requesting the renovation of the 1st floor restrooms at 5900 Canal to address critical deficiencies in the existing facilities. The proposed renovation will introduce modern, efficient restrooms designed to accommodate the current and anticipated increase in staff levels. As the number of employees and officers at the facility continues to grow, these upgraded restrooms will ensure that all personnel have access to adequate and sanitary facilities, significantly enhancing comfort and operational efficiency.
Project Scope:
The detailed scope of work for the 1st floor restroom renovation at 5900 Canal is listed in the table below. The proposed costs of this project include a $6,300 consultant fee from Gordian. In addition, a $26,000 contingency cost for unforeseen issues is included for a total of $284,500. Please see an overview of the scope of work below:
