Background and Discussion:
Destination Trail - Segment 2 is within Precinct 2 limits and is part of the regional trail system from Houston to Galveston. A feasibility study is needed to determine alternated trail routes between Texas Spur 5 to Milby Park and integrating with Precinct 2 facilities in the vicinity of Segment 2.
