Background and Discussion:
This project is located in northeast Harris County in the Jackson Bayou watershed. It is to the west of Beaumont Highway and North of Runnerburg Road. The existing conditions of the Runneburg Estates are roadside ditches that ultimately drains into HCFCD channel R100-00-00. The proposed improvements are to regrade roadside ditches, construct a new outfall, and a new detention basin for the Runneburg Estates Subdivision.

The Change in contract is needed to reconcile the overrunning items with the underrunning items and adding new line items to the contract. Below is a summary of changes:

Quantity Adjustment: The items are adjusted to reconcile overrun and underrun quantities on the project. The increase of quantities on asphalt paving items and reinforced filter fabric fence (items 4, 14, 15, 16, 17, and 49) for an addition in the amount of $48,369.50. The decrease of quantities on underrun line items (Items 8, 9, 50, 58, 59, 64, and 66) for a deduction in the amount of $160,680.82.
