Background and Discussion:
The location of the work is in the Western Homes Subdivision is in the Halls Bayou Watershed. The proposed improvements include installation of new storm sewer system, roadway paving, driveway paving, widening and regrading of existing roadside ditches, and detention pond improvements.

* The Change in contract is needed to reconcile the overrunning items with the underrunning items and adding a new line item to the contract. Below is a summary of changes:

* New Hydro mulch Line Items: Added line item # 117 for Hydro mulch seeding at detention pond for an additional cost in the amount of $33,969.00 and 8 calendar days.

* Quantity Adjustment: The items are adjusted to reconcile overrun and underrun quantities on the project. The increase of quantities on asphalt paving items, trench drains, mailbox and concrete walkways (items 3, 8, 12, 30, 35, and 38) for an addition in the amount of $178,282.33. The decrease of quantities on underrun line items (Items 5, 13, 18, 29 and 32) for a deduction in the amount of $212,251.33.
