Background and Discussion:
The High Meadows and Fairgreen Subdivision Drainage Improvements project site consists of subdivision drainage improvements located High Meadows and Fairgreen subdivisions, located west of John F. Kennedy Boulevard, east of Russ Drive, north of Aldine Mail Route Road and south of Lauder Road., in east Harris County; discharging into HCFCD Channel P138-01-01.

The change in contract includes the following:

* Final Adjustment of Quantities: Addition of $1,305.13 for reconciliation of actual quantities used in construction with estimated quantities used for completing the proposed scope of work.

Expected Impact:
This project seeks to reduce flooding and strengthen resiliency in Harris County by assisting in the alleviation of structural flood damage to homes in the High Meadows and Fairgreen subdivision.

Alternative Options:
The County could elect to fund the requested task or choose to reject it. However, if not approved, the contractor will not be compensated for completing the scope of work.
