Background and Discussion:
This project is part of the call for projects applications in 2023. The Installation of the new 10 feet segments with four (4) undercrossing Along Brays Bayou at (1) S. Rice Ave. (2) Chimney Rock Rd. (3) Hillcroft Ave., and (4) N. Braeswood Blvd. and S. Braeswood Blvd. intersection which is the lower shelf of the Bayou connecting to the existing Harris County Flood Control District maintenance ramps.

Expected Impact:
This project will increase the transportation access to people of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds with a safe path for commuting.

Alternative Options:
Court may elect to not move forward, and Harris County can explore additional options, however this will cause project delays.
