Background and Discussion:

Design and new construction of campus for the Hay Center: This includes procurement of the 3.268-acre land, design and new construction of a Services Center building, and a residential building with 50 apartment units in Harris County Precinct 1.

 

Expected Impact:

The conveyance of the water meter easement aligns with the completion of the project in accordance with original intent.
