Background and Discussion:
The Texas Education Agency has appropriated additional funds for the Excel Academy Charter School to pay for the cost of instructional materials for students. The Harris County Juvenile Board has accepted these funds. The funds are for the period beginning September 1, 2023 and ending August 31, 2025.
