Background and Discussion:
The Harris County Flood Control District (District) and Harris County Purchasing have completed a
review of the twenty-one (21) Statement of Qualifications on the above referenced project. The Evaluation Committee Panel reviewed and ranked all responses submitted by each firm based on the services they provide. Based on the results of our review, the District request authorization to negotiate with the selected firm HR Green, Inc., on the basis of best overall evaluation for RFSQ - Professional Engineering and Support Services for Hahl North Stormwater Detention Basin and Channel Improvements for the Harris County Flood Control District.

Alternative Options:
If it is not completed, the alternative would be re-select engineering firm, the Flood
