Background and Discussion:
Project consists of upgrading Hufsmith Road from Burroughs Park to Saddle Cliff Trail with new drainage, new park entrance with Traffic Signal and widening to add a center turn lane.
This change order includes additional work of removing trees that were originally out of scope and adding a second power pole for CenterPoint to provide power to the irrigation control in Burroughs Park. Also, this change order allows for final quantity adjustments to be paid on the final pay estimate.
Expected Impact:
Allows to complete payment of the project and close out.
