Background and Discussion:
This project is located at Northpointe Boulevard in Precinct 3. This project will be extending Northpointe Boulevard from Grant Road to Shaw Road. The project includes dual 930’ bridges that spans the floodway and two 16 acre detention ponds.
Expected Impact:
This amendment will be proposing the extension of Northpointe Boulevard by providing a 4-lane concrete boulevard with 32” raised median within a 100’ ROW and a dual bridges over the Faulkey Gully channel floodway.
Alternative Options:
An alternative would be not to construct the extension of Northpointe Boulevard.
