Background and Discussion:

Project includes On-Call- Construction of General Civil Projects through Precinct 3.

 

The change in contract is to include reconciliation of actual quantities used in construction with the estimated quantities included for bidding purposes.  The work was requested by Precinct 3 for additional work to build a wall located at George Bush Community Center and the proposed walls at 1414 Wirt Rd.

 

Expected Impact:

Change allows unused funds to be returned to the Precinct and allow the Contractor to be compensated for the actual work completed on the project.
