Background and Discussion:
The project section of Mound Road is a 4-lane, median-divided concrete roadway extended from Greenhouse Road and transitioning to 2-lane concrete and asphalt roadway terminating at the end of Cypress Drive/entrance of Hotwells Shooting Range, Cypress Texas.

Executing this agreement will allow the County to proceed with the construction of Mound Road, addressing issues of land lock and improve traffic in the area.
